Consequent to Yahoo announcement that their Group mails will be discontinued, the following email IDs are de-activated:

1) triserviceveterans@yahoogroups.com

2) triserviceveteransindia@yahoogroups.com

We now have three e-Mail IDs which are explained below:

1. triservices.hyd@gmail.com . This email ID is for use by any Member who wants to post a query, help or clarification etc. All the messages posted on this e-Mail ID are opened by our Office Manager, Mr. Anand which he replies. In case this is required to be answered by any one of the Executive Committee Members, the mail is passed on to the respective EC Member and you will receive a reply from that EC Member. All Members should use only this email ID to contact TSEWA HQ for any help.

2. hqtsewa@googlegroups.com . This email ID is a group mail meant for HQ TSEWA to send messages to all the National Executive Committee consisting of 26 Members all over India. Ordinary Members should not normally post any messages to this email ID unless some Member wants to address a key issue that is not being addressed by HQ TSEWA or when you are not getting any reply from HQ TSEWA in spite of several reminders sent to the email ID : triservices.hyd@gmail.com. All Members are requested not to post any messages to this email ID.

3. tsewa-members@googlegroups.com . This e-mail ID is used by HQ TSEWA to send messages to all TSEWA Family Members consisting of more than 14,500. If any one wants to share any information with a few known members, they should use their personal e-mail IDs and NOT REPEAT NOT post such mails on this Group ID because all the Members will be flooded with unnecessary mail. More over, if mails are posted routinely on this group, it will be deemed as spam mail and Google will block this ID which requires lengthy procedure for re-activation. In case any individual has got an important message that should be sent to the entire TSEWA Family, it may be sent to triservices.hyd.gmail.com. The Managing Committee will examine the importance and post such messages from TSEWA HQ to all the Members.

I request all the Members to make a note of all the three email IDs and I request all of you with folded hands not to post any mails on the group mail IDs. The National Executive Committee has authorised the system administrator to remove the email IDs of individuals flouting the norms without any warning. This will result in such individuals not getting any communications. This may kindly be noted for strict compliance.
