Judgment of AFT-15 Case (OA No. 949/2019)

This is to inform that the AFT-15 case (OA No. 949/2019) (Getting Benefits for All Pre-2006 Sepoys to Havildars under ACP, as available to Post-2006 NCOs & ORs), the lead applicant being Hav Chandra Shaker, has been decided in favour of TSEWA by the AFT on 4 August 2026.
