On 14 July, 2021, the Agreement of Sale between Mr Srinivasa Reddy, Managing Partner,  Edifice Constructions and Cmde Sudheer Parakala, President TSEWA was signed for the purchase of the flat which will house the  permanent office of TSEWA, as authorised by the National Executive Committee in its meeting of 10 July 2021.  The 1210 sft flat (No.101) is located  in Edifice Pride, Sainikpuri, Secunderabad, just behind the College of Defence Management.

A cheque for Rs.10:00 Lakhs as advance was handed over to Mr Srinivas Reddy, Managing Partner,  Edifice Constructions by Cmde Sudheer Parakala President TSEWA, in the presence of Col N Sitaramaiah (Vice president), Lt Col G Parvathesam (General Secretary), Lt Col V C Salins (Treasurer), H/Capt M Narasimha Reddy (Joint Secretary), H/Capt B Joseph and others.
