RTI APPLICATION FOR AFT – 29

Dear Petitioners of AFT – 29 of TSEWA,

As per the requirement of our Advocate who filed the AFT – 29 legal case in AFT Delhi, all petitioners have to submit a representation to Min of Def (ESW) showing the gain Pre – 2013 petitioner gets in pension from Jan 2016 by Notional Pay method over 2.57 method. He also wanted reply from the Min of Def.

Once you send the representation to the Min of Def, please give them 30 days to get reply. In case you do not receive any reply please make simple application under RTI Act 2005 enclosing a Indian Postal Order for Rs 10 (available at any Post office) drawn in favour of CPIO, Min of Def and send it to the following address:-

The CPIO of Min of Def is duty bound to give you a reply within 30 working days on action taken on your representation. RTI Application Seeking Disposal of My Representation sent to Secretary to Govt of India, Ministry of Defence (ESW) on Fixation of Pension by Notional Pay Method Being a Pre – 2013 Retiree with Base Year as 2013

Sir,

1. I sent a representation vide my letter No: 27563/MoD / CSV dated 20 Apr 2018 (copy enclosed) to Secretary to Govt of India, Min of Def (ESW) requesting him to fix my pension by Notional pay method by taking base year as 2013 and not from my date of retirement as this method is more beneficial to me w.e.f. Jan 2016.
2. Since I did not get any reply from the Secretary, Min of Def, I hereby invoke provision of RTI Act 2005 with a request to give me the information regarding disposal of my representation.
3. I have enclosed IPO Bearing No : NZ 230154 dated 30 May 2018 drawn in favour of CPIO, Min of Def. I am willing to pay the cost of photo-stating and courier charges of reply from Min of Def (ESW). You are required to give me reply showing me status of my representation within 30 days of receipt of this application.
