Homage to martyr Capt Kapil Kundu by TSEWA
On 04 Feb 2017, Capt Kapil Kundu along with three soldiers was killed along the LoC in Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir, in heavy unprovoked shelling by Pakistani troops. The young officer was just six days short of his 23rd birthday. Captain Kundu leaves behind his widowed mother Sunita and two sisters – Soniya and Kajal.
Col Ajit S Rana, President, TSEWA (North India, NCR & Haryana) along with other members of TSEWA and some ESM from Gurgaon, visited Capt Kapil Kundu’s house on 08 Feb 2018. After paying homage at the funeral site, went to his house in Village Ranshikha near Patodi. They met Capt Kundu’s mother and his sisters along with local villagers. Capt Kundu’s mother was explained all dues that she is entitled to. On behalf of TSEWA, Col Ajit Rana promised that all help will be rendered to her to receive all dues at the earliest.
