The Chart on AFT cases on TSEWA web site is outdated and requires updating. It is requested that the same may be done so as to keep members informed on progress of AFT legal cases. PROGRESS ON AFT 13 (OA 457/20170)
The case came up for hearing on 13 Aug 24. It has been ordered for Final Disposal. Quoting from the Supreme Court Order> “List for Final Disposal at 2 pm after 5 weeks.” It should come up for final disposal around 20 Sep 2024.
