The Chart on AFT cases on TSEWA web site is outdated and requires updating. It is requested that the same may be done so as to keep members informed on progress of AFT legal cases. There is general disappointment on the progress, although reasons for prolonged delays are not attributable to TSEWA. Therefore, TSEWA should at least update the status of cases once a month. If this is not possible due to any constraints, the Progress on Legal Cases at AFT should be a standing agenda point during TSEWA meetings and included in Minutes of Meeting.
I fully agree.We are not at all aware of the progress of various cases.There should be a monthly update of all cases and published for the manners info.

first PPO no:D/001649/1994. Sparsh migrated my pension past Aug2023.that occasion Sparsh send me a message with my mobile to give me a one number was 2111400254
That number was not activate d.till my new PPO not send till today after two times revised my pension.so many ex-servi cemen pensioner get newppo but Sparsh should not send my new PPO till.and another problems Orop-3revised pens ion arrears not credited in my account so far.The same men tioned arrears get so many pensioners account.But till today my arrears amount not credited.
