Entitlement for  ECHS Membership for Wards/Brother/Sister is as Under:

(a)  Son : Till he starts earning or 25 years, whichever is earlier.
(b)  Daughter : Till she starts earning or gets married, whichever is earlier.
(c)  Son suffering from any Permanent disability of any kind physical or mental – Irrespective of age limit.
(d)  Dependents Divorced/Abandoned : Irrespective of age limit or separated  from husband/widowed  daughters & dependent unmarried / divorced/abandoned or separated from  husband widowed sisters.
(e)  Minor brother (s): Upto the age of becoming a major.
(f)   The other conditions of dependency and normally residing with the Govt        servant/pensioner will remain same.
