Please ensure you earned one increment in your last rank at the time of your retirement. Otherwise AFT – 1C will not get you any benefit.

If you are not a member already of TSEWA, please fill in the membership form.

Please download the legal documents, take print out, enter your particulars in CAPITAL LETTERS. Do not put date and place of residence. The name of lead litigant and advocate of AFT should not be filled by you and kindly leave them as blank.

Please ensure you have not filed a similar case on the same subject demanding same beenfit in any other AFT. The AFT can take action against you for furnishing false information later.

Cheque multi City at par be made in favour of TSEWA-AFT crossed for Rs 8000.

In your covering letter mention your personal particulars as per your PPO to enable me to submit the same to HQ TSEWA:-

Please send all these documents to my postal address given in my signature block by Speed Post of India Posts or courier (whichever is convenient). I will acknowledge receipt of documents by SMS and e-mail.

I will  put up memo of parties by 05 Feb 2018 (last date being 31 Jan 2018). You are required to check correctness of your particulars and point out any mistake. Thereafter please understand AFTs do not accept any changes in your personal particulars.

Please take your own time and fill up these legal documents carefully.
