Dear Brig Vidyasagar,

I have today 12 Jun 17, transferred Rs 16000 from my HDFC bank account to TSEWA Reserve fund account for the specific purpose of education and other expenses of V Sandhya.
May I request that the following guidelines be followed whilst disbursing the amount, in one or more installments
a) The money be used for V Sandhya’s college fees, text books, stationery, transportation expenses, college tiffin, and hostel expenses (if any). If she requires a mobile phone the same may be procured for her. If she requires any special tuition classes outside college hours this may also be considered.
b) I would suggest a monthly budget be drawn up after discussion with her, considering the various heads using excel so that she also learns to plan systematically.
c) Try and persuade the young girl that her first choice of profession should be chartered accountancy, and her second choice should be to become a teacher.As a a chartered accountant she will have more avenues open to her and will also be able to pull her family out of poverty
d) Brig Vidyasagar may please be the sole decision maker, to decide on my behalf, as to what should be the amounts disbursed under what heads and at what frequency. I have great faith in his integrity, priorities, and decision making abilities.

Our bank (SBI Bhaskar Rao Nagar, Secunderabad) informed me through SMS that Rs 16,000 has been transferred into our acount from Cmde Ray Brian Dsouza vide transaction UTRN 6317031168985 dated 12 Jun 2017. We gratefully acknowledge your generous donation and assure you that it will be used for higher studies of Ms V Sandhya.
We thank you profusely for your generosity to help a girl whom you have not even seen. Your contribution will see her for one year of her studies. I am sure many will follow in steps of Col Nagesh Gupta and yourself.
As advised, I will persuade Ms V Sandhya to concentrate her studies for CA.
There are few institutions to train graduates to do CA. One can pursue CA while doing degree course. I have no doubt Ms V Sandhya will consider your suggestion seriously. CA is a professional course and she can earn good money till her last days. There is a lot of demand for CAs in Hyderabad and Secunderabad. Many good corroborates hire them with very fat salary.
I have invited her to attend our 2nd Anniversary (Raising Day) on 25 Jun 2017 and I will make her speak to you.
I will go by your talk and also by your mail to help Ms V Sandhya to pursue her studies. With you and Col Nagesh Gupta, this brilliant and intelligent girl should have no problem to get her dreams realised.
I take this opportunity to thank you and Col Nagesh Gupta who planted the seed to help civilian girl children. They need all our support to lead dignified lives.
