This is to inform you that the Hon’ble Supreme Court has issued the judgment in the arrears of disability pension case for Civil Appeal No. 6820 of 2018.
TSEWA has filed two similar cases, Civil Appeal No. 8286 of 2018 and Civil Appeal No. 3091 of 2024, which are also included in the judgment. Our advocate, Brig. A. K. Srivastava, VSM, has informed that the order copies for these cases will be issued separately.
