In Fond Memory of Col. Nagesh Chandra Gupta
Tri Services Ex-Servicemen Welfare Association (TSEWA) pays respectful tribute to a distinguished veteran, philanthropist, and friend.

With heavy hearts, TSEWA announces the passing of Col. Nagesh Chandra Gupta. A man of quiet dignity and boundless generosity, Col. Gupta dedicated much of his later life to charitable work in memory of his beloved wife, (Late) Smt. Madhuri Gupta, through the “Madhuri Seva Fund”.
Moved by the plight of the needy and inspired by a television report, Col. Gupta chose to channel his compassion into concrete, sustainable support for education, healthcare, and disability assistance. His giving was guided by transparency, accountability, and a clear desire to make a lasting difference.
To date, the Madhuri Seva Fund has contributed a total of ₹31,58,474/- to TSEWA, enabling a range of vital initiatives, including:
- ₹3,23,296/- for the installation of RO water purification systems in two schools at Sangareddy.
- Donation of RO membranes, a water cooler, and four rollators to the Association Saikorian Campus Challenge, Vizianagaram.

- ₹8,96,705/- disbursed to Railway Degree College students under the Madhuri Seva Fund; Col. Gupta was also featured in the college annual magazine (2023–24).
- Financial support for the education of underprivileged students, including assistance to approximately 215 students during the COVID-19 pandemic.
- A significant contribution towards the purchase of TSEWA’s office premises, securing a permanent home for the Association’s work.
We extend our deepest gratitude to Col. Nagesh Chandra Gupta for his lifetime of service, his generous philanthropy, and his enduring faith in education and welfare. His legacy through the Madhuri Seva Fund will continue to uplift countless lives for years to come.
