Dear Petitioners of AFT 29 and AFT 29B,
Brig SKS Rana, VSM, President, Legal Cell, TSEWA has confirmed that petitioners of AFT – 29 & 29-B need not send any representation to Min of Def regarding fixation of pension by Notional pay method w.e.f Jan 2016.
I therefore request petitioners of TSEWA not to send any documents by e-mail to me for my approval or correction of your representation.
I am also not giving any reply to those petitioners who sent their mails giving me a copy of their representation for my correction.
We will send few representations from petitioners of AFT – 29 & 29 – B and reply received from Min of Def or Service HQ to Brig SKS Rana, VSM.
