I am an Ex-Air Veteran Widower. After my Husband death I have not been issued Family Pension due to my ignorance. After Long battle the matter has been settled by DAV-III and issued letter No. Air HQ/99798/2/216942/35221/HD/FP/DAV Dated 9th Mar’2022 to O/o PCDA(P), G-4 Section , Draupadi, Prayagraj -211014 for issuance of PPO. Till date no reply has been received from PCDA. Kindly intervene and give priority since I am a Widower aged 70 yrs and going through an acute financial crisis.

Dear Sir,
I, Ex SGT Narender Prakash Johar, 710451 T Med Asst, retired on 31 Aug 2010 . I draw my pension from Bank of India, New Sanganer Road Branch, Jaipur and from Sep 2010, the commutation amount is being deducted from my monthly pension.
Suddenly, from the month of Aug 2020 the Bank of India started deducting Rs 6677/- per month from my monthly pension in addition to the monthly commutation amount of Rs 4355/- as recovery stating that the commutation amount is not deducted from my pension since Sep 2010. Although in the year 2016, some extra amount of pension was credited in my pension account for a few months, which I informed the bank.
On enquiry, the CPPC Nagpur, Bank of India, forwarded my pension statement which states that the commutation amount is regularly being deducted from my pension. Since then I have been following up with CPPC, Bank of India, Nagpur but all in vain.
Dte. of Air Veterans III advised me to approach JCDA (AF) / PCDA (P) Allahabad for the same but all their e- mail ids available on internet are not receiving my mails/not found.
Kindly let me know where to approach for getting proper reconciliation of my pension.

With due respect, I 640294A EX JWO Arun Sharma Sudan Radio Fitter downloaded the corrigendum PPO from DAV Site 3 months back but not received the hard copy, Same PPO was dispatched from your end to CPPC, Defense Central Bank of India (Mumbai). They have not revised my MACP Pension as per latest corrigendum PPO, When I complained to CPPC, Defense Central Bank Mumbai through CPGRAM. They replied that they have not yet received the EPPO-349201110267 prefix 0101Dated- Aug 2021. The copy of corrigendum PPO and reply of my complaint is attached here with
Kindly Dispatch the copy of corrigendum PPO to CPPC, Defense Central Bank of India (Mumbai) and my Bank Branch for my early revision of pension and MACP Arrear.
The email address of JCDA-Air Force given above is invalid as the mail bounces back with that msg.
The telephone number of the nodal officer is never answered. Several persons in Delhi and out of Delhi have tried with the same observation.
No cell number is given on the website so there is no way to contact JCDA- Air Force and find out why 7th PC recommendation on revision of pension has not been actioned. My counterparts in Army an Navy got the revised ePPO six months ago. They have got the arrears also but there is complete silence from JCDA-Air Force.
Sir, 645328 MWO Madhaw sharan CLk/ACCTS.Iwas discharged on31/03/2012 at that time my BP was Rs17770/- while issuing eppo my BP is brought down to Rs 16610/- which is not in order. Also disability pension not mentioned in eppo.

Its look like that corrigendum ppo’s basic was not considered while fixing the notional pay. So kindly the consider the corrigendum ppo basic while fixing the notional pay.

I am 679776-N Sgt Sampath G discharged from IAF with effect from 01.11.2004. The requisite information has been sent to DAV thro’ email and Speed Post. But so far I have not got my EPPO. When tried through the Website. It shows that Data available but inputs are mismatch. Tried through tele contacts at WAC, IAF but no one is giving proper reply just passing on to others which shows some lethargy approach.

I am 633148-F HFL Dhirendra Kumar Pahadasingh (Retd). E-PPO No. 349201312348 has been generated but the rank last held mentioned is MWO and the amount of pension mentioned is applicable to the rank. I am Ex-Sergeant Raj Kumar Nandi, Engine Fitter bearing service number 766616T. Recently my ePPO was generated and there was an increase in my Service Pension but my Medical Pension was not mentioned in that ePPO and also the basic of the Medical Pension was not revised. The arrears of the increased amount in Service Pension were credited in my account by the Bank. I had a telecon with the DAV regarding the same. He told that Bank will calculate and disburse the medical pension as well, because it is (Medical Pension) mentioned in the bottom of the ePPO. The same was communicated to the Bank. They refused to pay and asked me to contact the concerned department as it is not clearly mentioned from when and the amount to be disbursed.
There is a column in the ePPO regarding the Medical Pension, which can also be updated at your end. It will remove the confusion about the Medical Pension and the amount to be paid. My Pension account is with SBI CPPC Patna. The same may please be informed to the SBI CPPC Patna.
The communication about the same has been done earlier also via mail and Hard Copy of the by postal service. I didn’t receive any reply of the mail or the letter sent by postal service.

MISMATCH IN BANK ACCOUNT NO FOR E-PPO NO-349200915382
This is to bring your kind notice that recently I (733055-F EX-SGT Santanu Bera of IAF) am in receipt of New E-PPO (No-349200915382).
After going through I found that there is a mistake in my Pension Bank Account No. (Last digit wrongly entered ‘0’ instead of ‘7’)
I have attached my original / old PPO (08/14/B/12305/2010) for your ready reference, where the Bank Account No is correct.

I am Ex JWO Nirvail Singh Rad/Fit date of discharge 31 Aug 1994.
1. Sir my problem is that, the name of the spouse is written in the new ppo is same as written in original ppo (HARJEET KAUR), but later after getting discharge from IAF, I started writing as HARJIT KAUR as written in her matric certificate. Sir I did not know that time that later the spelling problem may arise. Even during final clearance time also no one explained us about this. Now in all the documents her name is written as HARJIT KAUR.
2. To this regard I sent many emails to DTR of Air Veterans also sent the documents,(the Affidavit self declaration as per Appendix ‘B ’, Punjab Board matric certificate of spouse, Aadhar card, PAN card, copy of new and old ppo) for name and age proof.
3. This is my humble request to you Sir kindly correct the name spelling of spouse to HARJIT KAUR and also endorse the date of birth of spouse 04 NOVEMBER 1956 as per matric certificate in the new ePPO.

Sir, Regarding Fixed Medical Allowance I 620767-L Ex-Sgt Syed Hameed MTD kindly intimating that after my discharge from service with service pension on 31-08-1997, I have been appointed as LDC in Pondicherry Government on 07-06 -2002. My Fixed Medical Allowance was stopped from the day after. Due to mental depression I got absented from office wef Jan 2014. My service in Pondicherry was supposed to be completed on 31-05-2018. But till now I have not reported to the Office of the DP&AR,Puducherry for further action and I have not received a relieving order from the Government. I am requesting that I may granted a Fixed Medical Allowance from June 2018 please. An order may be issued to the CPPC and DPA to pay arrear and for the continuence of the FMA please. Thanking you.
