Filing PIL in Hon’ble Supreme Court :  Upgradation of Existing ECHS card to 64 kb Card

1. The list of members and Non Members who paid the contribution for the above case and identified is as per Appx A (Attached)
2. The list of members and Non Members, whose transaction details could not be identified are as per Appx B (Attached). You are requested to identify the transaction and intimate the same to us at the earliest.
3. In future the contribution for PIL will be published in the blog once in a week and will not be given confirmation to each individual.
