As per the input from AFT PB progress on the OA 1677/2016 (BB2 – Lead applicant: Lt Col Shashi Chaudhary),  the judgement is yet to dictated and signed by the Judge. This inordinate delay is due to availability of only one functional bench in the AFT (PB) New Delhi. On inquiry it was intimated that the case is in queue and would come up in seriatum therefore no time can be fixed for the availability of signed Judgement.
