PROPOSED REDUCTION OF PENSION/INCREASING QUALIFYING SERVICE FOR PENSION FOR INFANTRY SOLDIERS
A proposal has been made by Army HQ disincentivise pre-mature retirement among NCOs who have completed 15 yrs of service by increasing qualifying service for pension. A representation by TSEWA dated 05 Jul 2018 pointing out the legal, moral, humanitarian and policy implications of the proposal has been sent to under mentioned authorities:
