She scored 98% in her Intermediate exam in 2017 and applied for engineering seat. She got the Government quota seat at in Electronics & Electrical Engineering course in Chaitanya Bharti Institute of Technology (CBIT), Hyderabad, top private engineering college in Hyderabad. Her parents are very poor and hence cannot afford the admission fees, library fees, hostel fees etc.
The TSEWA Core Committee which met on 05 July 2017 discussed the issue and decided to check if this was a worthy cause to be supported by TSEWA.
Brig CS Vidyasagar and Col MK Veeramani visited Aishwarya at her village on 06 Jul 2017 to assess the requirement of financial assistance so that she could pursue engineering. They examined all relevant issues like financial position of parents of Ms Aishwarya, her rank of engineering entrance examination, offer letter from Chaitanya Bharti Institute of Technology (CBIT), a top private engineering college in Hyderabad.
The approximate cost per year of engineering in Electronics and Electrical Engineering (EEE) is about Rs 1.25 lakhs per year though she got free seat. She would have to be admitted in a ladies hostel. The immediate requirement to get admission is Rs 30,000 for admission fees, library fees and hostel fees. It was recommended to the TSEWA Core Committee to sanction Rs 30,000 per year for next four years to enable Ms Aishwarya to pursue her engineering studies. The Core Committee approved financial assistance of Rs 30,000 to Ms Aishwarya to pursue her engineering studies.
Ms Aishwarya and her father, Mr Satyanarayana, came to the TSEWA head office on 19 Jul 2019 to collect the cheque of Rs 30,000. The Core Committee members as well as others were present.
