They examined all relevant issues like financial position of parents of Ms Aishwarya, her rank of engineering entrance examination, offer letter from Chaitanya Bharti Institute of Technology (CBIT), a top private engineering college in Hyderabad.

The approximate cost per year of engineering in Electronics and Electrical Engineering (EEE) is about Rs 1.25 lakhs per year though she got free seat. She would have to be admitted in a ladies hostel. The immediate requirement to get admission is Rs 30,000 for admission fees, library fees and hostel fees. It was recommended to the TSEWA Core Committee to sanction Rs 30,000 per year for next four years to enable Ms Aishwarya to pursue her engineering studies. The Core Committee approved financial assistance of Rs 30,000 to Ms Aishwarya to pursue her engineering studies.
