  • Havildars: Rs. 30
  • Other Ranks (ORs): Rs. 20
  • Single Ladies: Nil

4. Notarization:

• Only the Affidavit page requires notarization by a local Public Notary.
  • The notary should affix their seal, signature, and official rubber stamp to authenticate your signature on this page.

5. Self-Attested PPO:

• Attach a self-attested copy of the PPO (Original, ePPO, or SPARSH) with the legal documents.

6. Legal Fee:
