Subject: DETAILS OF EC/ SSC OFFICERS WHO HAVE PARTICIPATED IN 1965 AND 1971 WARS
Dear Sir,
Request circulate the following message to the veteran community so that maximum EC/ SSC Officers are benefitted:-
- Details of all EC/ SSC Officers, who have participated in 1965 and 1971 Wars and were awarded with Samar Sewa Star Medal/ Poorvi Star Medal/Paschimi Star Medal and who were subsequently released from service without any retiring pension has been sought by the Government for Pension Provision.
- It is requested that officers falling in the above mentioned category, forward their details in following format to DESA at the earliest:-
(a) Rank & Name
(b) Date of Commission
(c) Date of Retirement
(d) Date of Birth
(e) Medal received along with Citation/ Relevant Document
(f) Contact Number
(g) Address
(h) Bank account details as follows:-
(i) Beneficiary Name
(ii) Account Number
(iii) IFSC
(iv) Bank Address
