AFT-1B –  List of Applicants

Dear All,

The final list of veteran Officers  including the impleaders (Late Comers) of AFT 1 (OA 34/2016) whose applications were rejected by the court due to delayed submissions and fresh applicants who submitted their applications to join AFT 1-B (Sequel to AFT-1/OA 34/2016) is ready.

All the names of Maj Gen/AVM/RADMs are placed in a separate file within the Excel sheet in view of the Supreme Court Judgement of 08 Dec 2017. In case the Govt implements the judgement of HSC which will be known by 04 Jan 2018, the amounts paid by them for AFT 1-B towards the Legal Fee will be refunded to them. It may not be possible to refund the Legal fee of Maj Gen/AVM/RADMs  who were impleaders of AFT-1 since the full legal fee has already been paid to the Advocate. However a final decision will be taken in consultation with our Advocate and the Executive Committee.

I request all officers who are Part of AFT 1-B to kindly go through your personal particulars very carefully and in case there are any corrections to be made, please send a mail to triservices.hyd@gmail.com or speak to Mr. Anand , Office Assistant of TSEWA on his Mob: 8008883132 or Office Land Line: 040-27118390 during office hours from Mon-Sat from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm other than Sundays and Holidays.

Corrections if any in personal particulars should be intimated immediately to felicitate finalisation and submission of the documents to our Advocate in Delhi. Veterans will thereafter be responsible for any mistakes in the list. Kindly inform your friends who are not in the mailing list or who do not have access to emails or Blog. Veterans whose names are missing may also bring it to our notice for verification. Veterans whose applications are in the pipeline or whose applications are received later will be included in AFT 1-C which will open shortly.

Commissioned into the Indian Navy on 25 Mar 1970, an alumnus of Defence Services Staff College and College of Defence Management. Served in various ships for 9 years including commissioning of India's First Guided Missile Destroyer INS Rajput. Important shore appointments include Dy Naval Attache, Moscow, DS at CDM, Director Naval Plans, Principal Director Procurement at NHQ, Chief Staff Officer (LA&P) at ENC and HF at CDM. Took pre-mature retirement after 32 years service at the peak of career before the Promotion Board to the Flag Rank on compassionate Grounds. At Present totally dedicated to the Ex-Servicemen Welfare and is the President of East & South Zones of TSEWA
