Commutation Case
Legal Documents Required for Filing Legal Case for Restoration of Full Pension on Completion of 11.5 Years of Commutation Instalments
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for this legal case, you must have completed the payment of commutation instalments for 10 to 11.5 years. Typically, this applies to pensioners who retired between June 2012 and December 2014.
If you have already paid commutation installments for 15 years, please note that our advocate at AFT, PB, New Delhi, is not accepting such cases at present. These cases will only be considered after we win the first case.
If you meet this criterion, please proceed with the instructions below to submit the required documents.

- Blank Forms: These are to be completed as per the instructions below.
Instructions for Completing and Submitting the Legal Documents
1. Attached Documents
The following documents are included in the attachment:
- Affidavit
- Vakalatnama
- Authority Letter
- Particulars of Client (in PDF format)
- Sample forms for reference
(Non-members: The TSEWA Membership Form is also attached.)
2. Document Printing and Signing
- Paper Type: Print the documents on A-4 size white paper. Do not use stamp paper or legal paper.
- Formatting: Ensure the formatting remains unchanged; print the documents exactly as provided.
- Ink Color: Sign all documents using blue ink.
3. TSEWA Membership
- If you are already a TSEWA member, quote your membership number in the Particulars of Client form.
- If you are not a member, complete the attached membership form, pay the membership fee as specified, and follow the provided instructions.
4. Signatures Required
- Affidavit: Sign in the designated areas marked “Deponent” (two signatures).
- Vakalatnama: Sign in the area marked “Signature of the Party” (one signature).
- Authority Letter: Sign in the area marked “Signature” (one signature).
- Total: Four signatures are required.
5. Notarization
- Affidavit Only: Have the Affidavit notarized by a Registered Public Notary. The notary should verify your signature and apply a stamp indicating “Identified” or “Sworn before me.”
6. Blank Sections
Leave the following sections blank:
- “IN THE MATTER OF: __ & ORS – APPLICANTS”
- “Applicant No. ‘_‘”
These will be filled in by us.
7. Additional Documents
- Attach a self-attested copy of your PPO (Original, EPPO, or SPARSH).
8. Legal Fee Structure
If you have already paid the legal fee, mention the payment reference in the Particulars of Client form.
- Officers including Hony Lts and Hony Capts: ₹10,000/-
- Sub Maj: ₹6,000/-
- Subedar: ₹5,000/-
- Nb Sub: ₹4,000/-
- Sepoy to Havildar: ₹3,000/-
