Dear Sir,

Maj Dr B Bhikshapathy is known to me for very short time after he joined Core Committee of TSEWA as a member. I found him to be very humble and always wanting to help others. On every Monday and Tuesday he sits in ECHS Polyclinic, Secunderabad from 0830 to 1330 to upload the 64 KB card application forms for all those like me who know very little of computers.

During my interaction with him and knowing his background, I was pleasantly surprised when he told us that he got Ph D in Electronics Engineering from Jawahar Lal Technical University, Hyderabad recently. I only knew Maj Bhikshapathy as a SL Officer but could never imagine him to be one of the very few Ph Ds in the Armed Forces.

His life story is worth reading. A Sepoy from EME achieved so much in his Army service and not satisfied with what he got, pursues a higher goal. His relentless efforts to improve himself takes him to the pinnacle of success.

His is a story worth emulating.
