Scrutiny is completed. Since Brig SKS Rana, VSM, Head Legal Division is overloaded with work of legal cases, he asked for postponement of forwarding of documents to him. Once green signal is received from him the documents will be forwarded. Thereafter once all final checks are completed, then the case will be filed in AFT Delhi

Documents are still being received from litigants. Scrutiny of documents is in progress to see whether the applicant is eligible to become a litigant in the case. Once scrutiny is completed the documents will be sent to Delhi for filing in AFT Delhi

  1. pl intimate TSEWA No and under AFT No of my uncle No 13952376M Hony Nb Sub S Rajarao Reddy, joined and submitted all related docus during Mar 2017 for grant NB Sub pension,

  2. I am a petioner s for BB of disability pension. TSEWA 1234 Col Arun Kher applied Dec 2016.
    Secondly I hv petioner for Full Col pension
    in 2016.
    I do on find the details in TSEWA Blog.

  3. I may be wrong -You may correct me -OA34/ 2016 is not decided as yet. A hearing is due this month ?
